Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Drives TTR-4234-1011-BA-400-C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Superior products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamic-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Superior such as the SS421G4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK7316E20 manufactured by Dynamic-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamic-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMN1152T2FKPSN by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lafert Brand ST90LS4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as TS4083N11E34 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SP1005MF2251G12S made by Witenstein as well as the popular SGMS15XX22 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMGH30ACA6CAC by Yaskawa and TS4083N11E34 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC47 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Singulus-Technologies.
